Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one training and coaching to attorneys and staff

Manage and maintain document templates, forms, and training materials

Assist with onboarding new attorneys and staff and testing new software

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field

2+ years of experience in a training or coaching role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other technology platforms

Experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred, but not required

Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
