*\*\*\*This position is onsite (Fresno, Ca.) and remote is NOT an option\*\*\** Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap. * Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm * 5 years of experience in most current platforms required * Bachelor's degree in relevant major preferred * Experience managing Microsoft Intune and Drata *Job Summary:* The Information Technology Administrator will work alongside other key members of the Information Technology (IT) department to perform highly responsible and complex professional and technical tasks in the implementation, maintenance, and administration of company-wide server and storage systems for ERI. *Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:* The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive. Manage Azure cloud solutions, systems administration, including design, configuration, security and deployment. Support VMWare vCenter environment migration to the cloud. Cybersecurity: Implement and manage security measures to protect network and in formation systems. monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security breaches. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Network troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of network systems. Ensure minimal downtime and maintain high network performance. Virtual Environments: Manage and support virtualized server environments. Optimize virtual infrastructure for performance and scalability. Maintain and improve disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Assistance with biannual Active Directory user audit. Able to travel to remote U.S. facilities as projects require. Writes and/or maintains up-to-date documentation for server, software, and operational procedures related to IT. Understands and can articulate the 7 layers of the OSI model and how it is used in troubleshooting methodology. Assist as helpdesk personnel responding to relevant inquiries. Helps analyzes tech requirements, develop functional specifications, and conducts comparative analysis. Assist in maintaining ERI servers. Ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization. Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software. Assists staff in understanding and using software tech; Learn and uphold technology policies, standards and procedures manual. Assist in achieving annual technology goals set forth by IT Manager and Chief Technology Officer. Helps ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to ERI. Remain current on latest technologies seeking integration into ERI's current and future hardware/software. Report any ideas for efficiency and continuous improvement to Supervisors. xawqmyg Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and standards.
