Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps for complex, technology-driven products or capabilities. Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear product direction, requirements, and customer-facing narratives. Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, and executive stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present product strategy and tradeoffs to executive audiences. Experience operating in a remote or distributed work environment. Experience with applied AI or machine learning in enterprise, fintech, or regulated software environments. Familiarity with platform technologies, shared services, or product enablement layers. Exposure to legacy systems, operational workflows, or modernization initiatives. Experience working with external partners or consulting firms on product delivery. Understanding of AI governance, explainability, or compliance considerations. Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and shaping product strategy incrementally.
Product Manager - Ai Technology
As the Product Manager - AI Technology at Instantiations, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI technologies across the company. This role provides clear ownership of how AI capabilities are identified, shaped, and delivered in support of Instantiations' products and long-term strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, product leadership, executive leadership, and strategic partners to translate AI opportunities into coherent product direction and shipped customer-facing capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI technologies at Instantiations.
- Define AI technology capabilities, boundaries, and priorities in alignment with company strategy and product needs.
- Translate business objectives, customer feedback, and emerging use cases into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Drive AI technology initiatives from concept through pilot and into production, ensuring delivery of shipped, usable capabilities.
- Establish success metrics for AI-related initiatives and use data to guide prioritization, iteration, and investment decisions.
- Develop a strong working understanding of Instantiations' Fintech and VAST Platform products, customers, and workflows to inform AI technology decisions.
- Collaborate with Fintech and VAST leadership to identify where and how AI technologies may support current and future product needs.
- Partner closely with Engineering & Delivery leadership to ensure AI plans are realistic, well-scoped, and aligned with capacity, technical constraints, and risk.
- Provide clear visibility into AI technology progress, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary product interface for AI-focused partners and vendors, ensuring execution aligns with Instantiations-owned product strategy and architectural boundaries.
- Contribute to the definition of AI governance models, usage guidelines, and best practices appropriate for enterprise and regulated customer environments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance leadership to ensure AI technologies align with organizational risk management and commercial commitments.
- Support internal communication and education efforts to promote effective and responsible use of AI across the company.
