Who You’ll Work With

At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. Our vision is to enable a world in which everyone loves their work and life. We help organizations redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there together.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Senior Director of Sales Technology and collaborate across Sales, IT, Enterprise Capability, Finance, and Procurement teams. You’ll work alongside leaders and practitioners responsible for delivering and evolving Salesforce as the core platform supporting Slalom’s global sales organization.

Successful candidates are collaborative operators and trusted partners who thrive in a people‑first culture. You enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, translating priorities into action, and ensuring teams have the tools, insights, and platforms they need to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the Senior Director of Sales Technology to support the strategy, roadmap, and performance management of the global sales technology ecosystem, with Salesforce as the core platform
  • Support execution of the Salesforce and sales technology roadmap by maintaining detailed initiative plans, including requirements, delivery phases, dependencies, and timelines
  • Translate sales and business priorities into actionable delivery plans for IT and implementation teams
  • Work in partnership with IT, engineering, Sales, and Enterprise capability teams to deploy prioritized Salesforce and sales technology initiatives
  • Coordinate integrations, data quality improvements, environment management, release readiness, and post-deployment stabilization activities
  • Support rollout of AI and agentic sales capabilities across the sales technology ecosystem
  • Own ongoing usage and adoption reporting across Salesforce and connected sales tools, identifying underutilized features and optimization opportunities
  • Partners with Sales and Operations team to drive continuous platform optimization and measurable productivity gains
  • Support financial, contract, and vendor management activities, including license tracking, renewal planning, cost visibility, and vendor performance management
  • Support governance forums, status reporting, and executive updates by tracking platform health, delivery progress, adoption metrics, and business impact
  • Drive rationalization of overlapping or redundant sales tools to support a scalable, integrated sales technology ecosystem

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting the execution and delivery of Salesforce or enterprise sales technology roadmaps
  • Strong ability to translate business priorities into structured delivery plans and coordinate execution across IT, engineering, and business teams
  • Experience working with Salesforce and connected sales tools, with a focus on deployment, optimization, and adoption
  • Experience tracking and improving platform usage, and adoption through data, reporting, and stakeholder partnership
  • Ability to identify workflow gaps, underutilized features, and opportunities to improve sales productivity through technology
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Procurement on licensing, contracts, renewals, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Comfort operating in a highly cross-functional environment and coordinating across Sales, IT, and Enterprise teams
