  • Oversee technical requirements, systems integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies related to e-commerce and fulfillment workflows.

  • Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with company expectations.
  • Work closely with all other departments, including senior management, logistics, customer service and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope, requirements, and change requests. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
  • Oversee project closure activities, including final delivery, validation, SOP rollout, and sign-off.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for process and system improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects involving e-commerce platforms, integrations, or digital commerce initiatives required
  • Strong experience within logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or a related industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
  • Knowledge of PM tools (Monday.com, YouTrack) and familiarity with developer environments (Github, AWS).
  • Understanding of technical concepts such as API’s, system integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
