This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys partnering deeply with stakeholders and translating end-user needs into secure, scalable solutions. Role highlights :

• Serve as a strategic, security-minded partner to Advancement with strong focus on onboarding, offboarding, QA, and system reliability
• Act as a working manager- handling deployments, enhancements, documentation, and user training
• Translate business needs into technical requirements while managing vendors and campus IT partners
• Help operationalize processes around incident response, documentation, and change management

About the role :

The Director of Advancement Technology serves as a strategic and mission-centric technology partner to Advancement, guiding the design, implementation, and stewardship of systems that support fundraising, engagement, and donor relations. The role operates in a highly collaborative and relationship-driven environment, requiring a leader who works effectively across teams, builds trust with users and stakeholders, and champions scalable and sustainable solutions and shared services that strengthen operational effectiveness, user experience, and data integrity.

The expected annual salary range : $122,573 - $125,000
