RFP Background
USACE OCIO / G- has a need for Enterprise Information Management / Information Technology (IM / IT) services. The USACE OCIO / G- requires contractor support in the areas of cyber security, data center operations, Automated Information Systems (AIS), Information Technology (IT) network environment operations including hardware and software support, end user device support, digital and analog telephone systems, web services, data / knowledge management, native and cloud-based services, hard wired and wireless devices, and all supporting infrastructure, platforms and applications. Emergency response services are also required to respond and restore services in the event of a disaster. As the IM / IT provider to the USACE enterprise, the OCIO / G- mission objectives require hours a day / seven days a week ( / ) operations, monitoring, and response.

Job Description :
Responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of telecommunications systems within the CASTLE-NET project. Key responsibilities include assisting in the installation and configuration of telecom equipment, supporting routine maintenance, troubleshooting telecom systems, and helping resolve telecom-related issues.
Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.
Required Skills :
Bachelors degree or Requires an Associate's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field. Possesses basic understanding of telecom systems and networking principles along with problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCENT are preferred.
