A company is looking for a Telecom Engineer II, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, document, and implement contact center telephony infrastructure and application projects
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and vendors to evaluate and propose innovative technologies and improvements
Maintain expert-level understanding of telecommunications applications and data system integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Telecommunications, or related technical field
5+ years of experience in complex telecommunications environments
Preferred training in NICE CXOne or CCNA-Collaboration
Expert level technical expertise in NICE CXOne systems and telecommunications infrastructures
Knowledge of WAN / LAN technologies and VoIP / SIP call routing protocols
