As a Security Officer - Telecom Facility Patrol in Nampa, ID , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $18.49 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs within the tech and media environment.
  • Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by site procedures.
  • Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuation and / or lockdown protocols, as directed by site-specific guidelines.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
