Collaborates with all NA facilities to provide support and direction to the team. A natural leader who can be part of a team and contribute to a winning company culture. World class teaming skill. Strong communication skills7-10 years of experience and knowledge selling high volume metal fabricated parts to OEM and Tier 1 companies such as: Stellantis, GM, Ford, John Deere, AAM, Danfoss and Bosch type customers.Ability to develop customer specific value add propositions. Ability to build strong customer relationships.Bachelor's degree in business or a technical related field.Strong sales management background including effective negotiating skills and a history of securing new annual sales. 7-10 years of experience selling metal stampings, fineblankings, machined parts.
