[job_card.job_description]75-90% overnight travel throughout the Midwest. Per diem is $150 / night when you are 60+ miles from our shop in Aurora (you may keep whatever per diem you do not spend). Excellent, competitive pay - $35-$42 / hr - depending on prior experience and knowledge. 401(k) with a company match (50% up to 6% of your paycheck). Read construction drawings, equipment mounting / installation, completion of close out documents and other duties as assigned. Address crew complaints and / or conflicts in a professional manner. Lead by example.
Desired Qualifications :
- 3 years of telecom experience (prefer at least 2 years of foreman experience).
- Must have experience reading and following construction drawings and build plans build plans accurately.
- Must the ability to effectively manage a team of 3-5 people.
- Possess the willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 500'.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record that meets the company policy conditions.
- Must be able to pass and DOT physical, drug test and background check.
This is a traveling position and you must be comfortable being on the road M-F.

Who OWWC is : As leaders in the building of cellular telecommunications infrastructures, One Way Wireless Construction, Inc. is viewed as a one-stop contractor where our expertise in constructing, testing, and maintaining makes us the reliable and highly tenured team where we are chosen again and again by our cellular and other industry-related customers. We are located in Shakopee, MN and have two smaller locations in Aurora, CO and Basehor, KS. While a large part of our work is done on the tower top by our tower technicians, there is a whole other scope of work that must be done on the ground by our civil and electrical departments.
Compensation details : 35-42 Hourly Wage
