We are expanding our team and seeking additional physicians to come on board, with options for both full-time and part-time positions. We welcome applicants from all levels of experience, and you will be compensated during your training period.

As part of a collaborative network with sister practices in New England and Texas, you will be joining a practice that started in Houston in March 2005 and has grown significantly, now serving over 2300 patients monthly with a diverse team of 70, including physicians and speech language pathologists.

Benefits and Compensation : In a full-time capacity (4 to 5 days a week), you can expect an annual income ranging from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on patient volume. We offer comprehensive health insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and an educational stipend. Our practice also covers malpractice insurance and tail coverage, providing peace of mind with no weekend or night call obligations. Impressively, we have conducted over 400,000 evaluations in 19 years without a single malpractice inquiry or action.

Our mission at Midwest Dysphagia Consultants is to provide top-tier dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallows for patients experiencing swallowing difficulties. We utilize a mobile unit to deliver these consultations directly to various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients, ensuring we meet 95% of scheduling requests within 24 to 72 hours, while aiming to have our staff conclude their day between 4 : 00 and 5 : 00 PM.
