Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit

Shifts Available : Day and Night Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry to join our team on a per diem basis . This role involves caring for patients with cardiac and critical monitoring needs in a fast-paced hospital setting .

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and assess patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Recognize changes in cardiac rhythms and patient conditions, initiating appropriate responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to create individualized care plans.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care, discharge planning, and health maintenance.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families throughout treatment.
