A company is looking for a Telephone Operator II to serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently answers incoming calls and connects callers with the appropriate extension

Takes and relays messages accurately and responds to emergency calls in a timely manner

Performs operator functions, including triaging calls and maintaining workflow in the department

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting

Ability to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, telephone, and copier

Must be able to maintain a confidential home office environment

Vision must be correctable to 20 / 20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts
