They are seeking an established Employee Benefits Producer who operates at a high level and wants stronger economics, deeper resources, and long-term equity participation.
This is not an entry-level production role. This is for a proven producer with an established book, strong relationships, and a reputation in the DFW business community.
If you have a portable book, the agency is open to purchasing it. If you need assistance navigating a non-compete or buyout, they will structure a solution. If you want to scale aggressively, they have the infrastructure and capital to support it.
DFW remains one of the fastest-growing employer markets in the country. The agency is investing heavily in expanding its Benefits division and wants a market leader who can anchor and accelerate that growth.
If you are capped on commissions, limited by carrier access, or weighed down by service responsibilities that restrict production time, this is a platform upgrade.
