Provide contract services for small and large group employer accounts, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
Analyze requests and prepare master group contracts and member materials based on product determinations
Collaborate with various departments to resolve contract service issues and meet performance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word
1+ year of contract writing or related experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Excellent analytical skills
