We’re looking for someone to translate our in-clinic expertise into content that builds trust and drives meaningful engagement.

Position: Social Media Assistant

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Planning
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns
  • Create 3–4 posts per week focused on education, testimonials, and products
  • Post daily Stories (availability, product highlights, behind-the-scenes)
  • Capture in-clinic content regularly
Brand & Messaging
  • Maintain a clean, consistent, and elevated visual aesthetic
  • Write captions that are clear, informative, and trust-building
  • Ensure all content reflects UA’s education-first philosophy
Engagement & Community
  • Respond to DMs and comments in a timely, thoughtful manner
  • Engage with local businesses and relevant accounts
  • Build relationships through consistent, genuine interaction
Campaign Execution
  • Support promotions, product features, and seasonal campaigns
  • Assist with giveaways and launches
  • Drive traffic to the website and support product sales
Marketing Alignment
  • Support newsletters and broader marketing initiatives
  • Ensure consistency across social, email, and in-store messaging
Who You Are
  • Strong eye for content (photo/video + design)
  • Confident writer with a clear, educational tone
  • Understands how to use social media to build trust—not just post
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Interested in skincare, wellness, or beauty
