Title: Manager, Finance (M&A / Integration)
Company: Global Public Technology Company
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base + bonus + RSUs
Location: San Diego, CA (onsite 5 days with flexible start & end times)

Overview:
High?impact role supporting complex M&A transactions within a Finance Integration function. This position leads financial integration efforts for acquisitions that support strategic growth initiatives and works closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Strategic Finance, and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial due diligence, including review of target materials and coordination with external advisors
• Support negotiation of key financial deal terms such as working capital and closing mechanics
• Review projections, monitor liquidity, and support forecasting throughout integration
• Drive finance project management across multiple concurrent transactions
• Partner cross?functionally with integration, accounting, corporate development, and business unit finance teams
• Identify integration risks and support mitigation planning and execution
• Deliver executive?ready analysis and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related roles

Preferred Qualifications:
• 7–10+ years of relevant experience
• CPA and/or MBA
• Background in finance, accounting, reporting, audit, or FP&A
• Experience presenting to Director?level leadership and above
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
