[Summary]Serve as the primary communication and operational bridge between the U.S. testing team and overseas software development headquartersTake full ownership and accountability for all testing outcomes generated by the local on-site teamManage daily reporting workflows, milestone updates, and final test deliverables for corporate managementMonitor and evaluate testing team members' capability, work status, and productivity in real timeCollaborate directly with carrier engineers (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T) and cross-regional R&D teams to ensure compliance
[Duties and Responsibilities]Take full responsibility for all testing outcomes generated by the local testing team; review, audit, and validate team results to ensure 100% compliance with client standardsServe as the core interface person connecting the front-end execution team with back-end R&D engineers, resolving technical ambiguities and clarifying test cases promptlySynthesize daily software testing reports, milestone progress updates, and final test deliverables, submitting them accurately as directed by corporate managementPerform real-time monitoring and evaluation of the testing team members' capability levels, work status, and productivity, providing direct feedback to the Software Testing DepartmentSupervise defect tracking and ensure critical regressions or blocking issues are immediately flagged, triaged, and communicated across regional linesSupport evening and night shifts to drive daily hand-overs, progress syncs, and information sharing with cross-region teams due to time-zone variances
[Skills & Qualifications]2+ years of mobile software testing experience under North American/European carrier environments, with a proven track record in a team lead, coordinator, or interface roleComprehensive knowledge of carrier submission workflows for T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&TProficient/Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for continuous technical synchronization, bridging, and reporting to the domestic project management structureFluent in English with exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skillsProficient with industry-standard debugging utilities (e.g., QXDM, Wireshark)Outstanding organizational and coordination skills with clear logical thinking and an approachable yet firm management styleWillingness and ability to support evening and night shifts to accommodate time-zone differences with Asia-based R&D centersExperience managing multi-regional on-site testing teams (e.g., coordinating between Dallas, TX and Seattle, WA) preferredExperience reviewing or designing test execution strategies for major Android OS version upgrades preferred
