Club Pilates Uptown Marion is one of four locations owned and operated by JSS Enterprises LLC, a locally owned ownership group committed to growing a thriving fitness community across Iowa.
We are looking for a driven, people-first leader to serve as our Studio Manager in the heart of Uptown Marion.
This is more than a studio management role - it is a community leadership position.
You will grow a passionate membership base, mentor your team, and serve as the face of Club Pilates in one of the area's most vibrant and active commercial districts.
The Uptown Marion District and Marion Area Chamber of Commerce bring a steady calendar of events, partnerships, and community programming to the neighborhood.
As Studio Manager, you will coordinate and host your own studio events while actively participating in this broader community ecosystem, building relationships with neighboring businesses, local organizations, and district leadership.

Your salary follows a clear, milestone-based path with a starting salary based on experience with growth opportunities after a successful 30/60/90-Day reviews.

Typical weekly schedule:
- - Monday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - Sunday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM Schedule is adjustable based on studio needs.
- Occasional flexibility required for community events, studio promotions, and business priorities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required - 2+ years of management experience in retail, service sales, or fitness sales - Proven ability to drive revenue across memberships, retail, and ancillary services - Confident leading a sales team:
