Physical Therapist Full Time
Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
Physical Therapist Schedule: PRN (as needed) and Full time
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of residents to assess their physical capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address residents' mobility, strength, balance, and pain management needs.
Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
Provide education to residents and their families regarding exercises, techniques, and strategies to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a valid license to practice in Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric setting.
Strong clinical skills with expertise in evaluating and treating a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments.
