Join our nonprofit organization and help make a positive environmental and community impact! We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to assist with our online sales and recycling operations.

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day flow of online orders — photographing and listing products, preparing shipments, and working hands-on with donated electronics. You’ll test, clean, and post items for sale online, while also helping sort recyclable materials to support our sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Pack, label, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Photograph and research items for online listings.
  • Clean, test, and prepare electronic devices for resale.
  • Wipe computers and install operating systems when needed.
  • Assist customers during drop-offs, including loading and unloading items.
  • Sort and organize electronics for recycling.
  • Answer phone calls and provide friendly, helpful communication.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in online sales or computer repair / troubleshooting preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills and systems.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Position Details :

  • Job Type : Part-time (W-2 employee).
  • Hours : 20–25 hours per week (4–6 hour shifts, Monday–Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM).
  • Pay : $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • If you enjoy working with technology, have an eye for detail, and want to contribute to a nonprofit that promotes sustainability and community support — we’d love to hear from you!

Apply today and help us give new life to electronics while making a difference in your community.

About Keeper of the Grumper Foundation :

Keeper of the Grumper is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting youth leadership organizations. The Grumper works to raise funds via the recycling of electronics and other communication equipment, updating and repairing our stock before reselling it. Profits are collected to fund service projects, programs, and events to promote development of leadership and organizational skills sets, along side general skill workshops and internship opportunities. It is our hope to allow the next generation of workers and organizers to be prepared to move into the workforce as willing and able members of society that are skilled and contribute in group assignments, delegations, problem solving, and non-linear analysis. For those young adults with visions of grandure and the willingness to offer a service, we work to create corporations and startup for fledgling innovative concepts and ideas so that they may create their own path to success.
