The Naval Power Portfolio is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Program Controls Analyst to join the Naval Power Directorate. This role offers a significant growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with program leadership, including Program Managers, technical leaders, and functional support teams.

The Financial Program Controls Analyst will play a critical role in the setup and execution of multiple contracts. Key responsibilities include providing essential financial oversight and guidance to ensure program success. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of internal and external customers, gaining exposure to multiple facets of finance and the broader organization.

What You Will Do

• Providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain.
• Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution.
• Support of all programs financial aspects including financial planning (LRP, AOP, Working Capital, Monthly Financial Performance Reporting, Variance Analysis, Data Review and Reporting and NBI).
• Program controls such as developing estimates at complete (EACs) and execution of EVM.

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
