Department : PVH Pharmacy
FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift : Days
Pay : $64.68 - $90.55 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
The Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing clinical pharmacy services to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use. This role involves coordinating clinical programs and initiatives, participating in interdisciplinary teams and system efforts, and identifying and leading quality improvement projects related to medication therapy. Where applicable, the Clinical Coordinator will collaborate on these efforts with the Clinical Pharmacy Manager. Key responsibilities will include formulary management, optimization of drug utilization, and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree of Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- State licensure as a Pharmacist.
- 2 years post graduate experience.
