We are currently seeking a highly motivated Treasury Associate to join the Treasury team to support Astrana’s rapidly growing business. This role will support various aspects of Accounting and Treasury operations and will report to the Sr. Manager – Treasury & Equity Administrator.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Treasury Associate to join the Treasury team to support Astrana’s rapidly growing business. This role will support various aspects of Accounting and Treasury operations and will report to the Sr. Manager – Treasury & Equity Administrator.
What You'll Do
- Assist your supervisor with the company's treasury activities
- Assist with unclaimed property
- Process deposits via deposit scanners daily for multiple banks
- Actively manage the Accounting email inbox and respond and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with banking transactions including wires
- Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures
- Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with month-end and quarter-end and ad-hoc information requests as needed
- Maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks
- Assist in bank account opening and closing
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of corporate treasury or cash management experience
- Effective communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Scrappy, eager, positive team player with no ego
- Strong comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
- An authentic passion for improving the lives of underserved patients and advancing value-based care
You're great for the role if:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex transactions
- Ability to independently pursue and develop solutions to complex problems
- Have knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products and foreign exchange
- Have ability to apply finance and treasury principles
- Experience working on multiple complex projects end-to-end
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S Garfield Avenue, 2nd Floor, Alhambra, CA 91801.
- The target pay range for this role is between $25.71 - $32.99 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
