Job Details

Should have some of the following.

• have experience drafting and negotiating agreements relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing and financing of commercial real estate;
• have experience drafting corporate documents, including partnership agreements and corporate resolutions;
• have a minimum of 2-5 years of Estate planning experience including wills, trusts and probate matters;
• represent clients in probate court and other legal proceedings related to estate planning;
• have a minimum of 1-3 years of transactional experience in real estate and corporate matters is a plus;
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
• work with clients directly with the supervision of senior attorneys;
• have excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and academic credentials;

enjoy working with clients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds (proficiency in another language is a plus)

Responsible for overseeing and accelerating new business growth for the firm by managing, developing and implementing initiatives for our core practice areas by :

Identifying current influencers and referral sources

Developing new referral sources (both inbound and outbound referrals)

Identifying local market opportunities for new business development
