Schedule : Flexible—4 or 5 day work week (No nights, weekends, or call)
Compensation : $261,000 – $325,000 base salary + $100,000 hiring bonus + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated physician to serve as Clinic Medical Director in vibrant Santa Rosa, the heart of Sonoma County. This unique role blends hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities , allowing you to directly impact patient care while guiding a talented clinical team.
Enjoy the rare balance of outpatient weekday practice, no weekends or call, with the option of a 4- or 5-day work week. This is ideal for physicians seeking both professional growth and the lifestyle freedom to enjoy Northern California’s wine country, redwoods, and coastline.
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000 hiring bonus (paid over 2 years)
Highly competitive salary : $261,000–$325,000 (plus director stipend)
Incentives : Monthly RVU and quarterly quality bonuses
Time off : 24 PTO days, 5 CME days, 6 holidays

Provide direct patient care while serving as physician leader
Mentor and supervise clinicians and staff
Ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient outcomes

Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted CA medical license
DEA license (required prior to start)
Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS / AOA specialty preferred
Medicare eligible
FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
