Utilization review nurse [h1.location_city]

A company is looking for a Utilization Review Intake Specialist (PST hours).

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing accurate information regarding the pre-certification process

Review and manage service requests efficiently, involving the appropriate department as needed

Perform data entry, maintain documentation, compile reports, and meet productivity and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

Associate degree preferred in business, management, or related field

Prior experience in customer service and / or medical background

Prior insurance and / or claims background

Experience in a medical front office or hospital patient intake, or medical claims processing
