Salesforce UX / Product Designer (Contract)

We're seeking a Salesforce UX / Product Designer to join an established UX team supporting a large-scale Salesforce Lightning migration for a healthcare staffing platform. You'll design intuitive solutions within Salesforce Lightning, partnering with product managers and engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Design solutions within Salesforce Lightning, leveraging native patterns and components
- Partner with UX research to understand customer journeys and map workflows
- Create holistic experiences, including information architecture and interaction design
- Communicate design rationale and balance user needs with Salesforce capabilities

This is REMOTE contract position, ideally the UT area.
