REPORTS TO: Valet Supervisor
At Jamestown, we pride ourselves on creating welcoming, high-quality experiences across our properties and communities. The Valet Driver plays a key role in delivering this standard of excellence by providing professional, courteous, and efficient valet services to our guests and tenants. This position is responsible for safe driving, parking, and retrieving vehicles, warmly greeting and assisting guests, and maintaining a clean, well-organized valet operation. The ideal candidate embodies Jamestown's commitment to hospitality, integrity, and service, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values while maintaining the highest standards of safety, customer care, and professionalism.
Hours: schedule may change based on event needs
Majority of work time will be spent in an office environment, however, set up and during events, candidate should be able to meet the following physical requirements:
Physical Requirements:
Knowledge of: All computer applications and hardware related to performance of the essential functions of the job.
Skill in: Conflict Management Resolution, Organizational and interpersonal skills, The ability to meet deadlines; accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure & effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions
