You'll also develop a deep understanding of J.P. Morgan's positioning within the venture ecosystem and our key strategic priorities. Our team covers technology and healthcare venture capital firms across the U.S., from early-stage to growth-stage investors. We serve as the primary point of contact for VCs, collaborating with general partners and their portfolio companies to deliver opportunities across the commercial bank, private bank, and investment bank.
The venture capital relationship team (VCRT) is part of J.P. Morgan's commercial bank within the commercial and specialized industries group. We are seeking candidates who possess a strong interest in venture capital, technology, and healthcare; demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and partnership; and exhibit exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities

- Oversee and optimize team operations, including calendar management, metrics tracking, budget planning, and process improvement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop an understanding of the full breadth of J.P. Morgan products and service offerings, including but not limited to credit, venture debt, private banking, fund banking, and investment banking.
- Lead the preparation and execution of client meetings, internal briefings, and high-profile events. Preparing materials, managing logistics, and ensuring impactful follow-up.
- Serve as a central point across different lines of business, acting as a first line of defense for inquiries and inbound requests from internal partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with junior investors, founders, and ecosystem partners, representing the team at internal and external events and expanding your professional network.
