Some firms treat capital markets work as a back-office function.
This is not one of them.
Our client is a nationally recognized firm with a strong corporate platform and a long track record advising public companies, private issuers, and investors on high-stakes transactions. Their Denver office is expanding its corporate practice and is seeking a Capital Markets / Securities Associate who wants meaningful responsibility, client exposure, and a seat at the table on sophisticated deals.

Corporate governance and disclosure matters
Exchange-related filings and ongoing reporting obligations
Supporting transactional teams on complex financing and growth initiatives
