Role Description :

Beyond the Label Advocacy & Speech Therapy is seeking two Part-Time, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to join its growing early intervention team. The role involves traveling to homes across Inglewood, Gardena, and Hawthorne to provide family-centered therapy and parent coaching for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3).

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver home-based speech and language therapy services for early intervention clients
• Support families through parent coaching and developmental communication strategies
• Collaborate closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists to implement treatment plans
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment that values cultural responsiveness
