We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who can keep it all on track. From organizing bids and proposals to managing vendor communications and tracking project timelines, you'll play a key role in keeping our construction operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Construction Department
• Assist with the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and project documentation
• Maintain organized digital and physical records for all active and completed projects
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects aligned
• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and contract documents
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements for construction leadership
• Support reporting needs, budget summaries, and progress updates
• Help streamline workflows, identify process improvements, and maintain compliance documentation
• Champion a culture of communication, accuracy, and accountability across all project stages
