In this role, you will focus on selling personal lines insurance productsprimarily auto, home, and renters insuranceto individuals and families in our community.This position offers the stability of a guaranteed base salary, plus an uncapped commission structure that rewards your hard work and sales success. You will work from a professional, collaborative office environment with access to leads, training, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines accounts through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outbound calling.
Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based conversations with potential clients to identify coverage gaps and recommend proper auto, home, and umbrella policies.
Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients to foster long-term retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, tracking your pipeline and activity within our agency management system.
Local Networking: Assist with community marketing initiatives to increase local brand awareness.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commission income
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance quoting/agency management systems
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
