This executive-level role partners closely with senior regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen operational performance, and ensure long-term growth and sustainability across multiple skilled nursing facilities located in OH, MI, PA, IN, KY. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing leaders, improving outcomes, and driving operational excellence./ppKey Responsibilities Partner with Division and Regional leadership to develop and execute strategic operational plans across multiple facilities Provide leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards Support and mentor Administrators/Executive Directors to drive accountability, engagement, and results Collaborate on budgeting, financial planning, and cost management to meet revenue and expense targets Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve operational and financial performance Lead change management initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements for skilled nursing facilities Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of patient care, quality outcomes, and survey readiness Strengthen cross-functional collaboration between clinical, operational, and support teams Drive census growth, referral development, and community partnerships/ppRequired Experience Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in skilled nursing-long-term care operations Proven experience overseeing multiple facilities or regions Strong understanding of SNF regulations, survey processes, and compliance requirements Experience managing PL, budgets, and financial performance Key Skills Capabilities Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders Strong business acumen and financial management skills Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance improvement Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership presence Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-site environment Experience driving quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance Compensation Benefits Competitive executive compensation package Performance-based bonus structure Full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Time Off/p/div
