• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening.
• Follow up with leads to ensure their interest and support their hiring journey.
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system.
• Reap the rewards through commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful placements from your leads.
