Head Of Growth
We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Growth to architect and scale the pipeline engine that fuels Workvivos continued expansion. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team across Digital Demand Generation, BDR / SDR, and Field Marketing, with a shared mission to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and enable long-term scalability.
This role goes beyond traditional demand gen. You will own pipeline creation across multiple channels, directly manage both Marketing Demand and the Outbound BDR org, and act as a trusted partner to Sales and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and hands-on builder. Someone who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments, builds high-performing teams from scratch, and delivers measurable outcomes with speed and precision.

Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Building and executing the global pipeline generation strategy aligned with Sales priorities and revenue targets
- Leading a high-performing team across demand generation, outbound BDR, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and field
- Collaborating closely with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to drive unified execution
- Partnering with sales leadership to align growth programs with coverage models, segmentation, and pipeline goals

What We're Looking For
Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $150,800.00 Maximum : $329,900.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
