Job description

At Complete Game Physical Therapy, we're on a mission to help athletes and active individuals of all ages get back to the sports and activities they love — without missing valuable playing time or losing their competitive edge. Our sports medicine-focused practice is known for delivering personalized, high-performance physical therapy and injury prevention programs that empower our patients to move better, feel stronger, and compete with confidence.

We're looking for an energetic, motivated Physical Therapist with a passion for sports medicine, orthopedics, and active lifestyles. This is an exciting opportunity to work with athletes ranging from weekend warriors to competitive professionals, in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values innovation, continuing education, and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans for sports-related and orthopedic injuries

  • Design return-to-sport protocols that minimize downtime and optimize performance

  • Educate and empower patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including athletic trainers, coaches, and physicians

  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and outcomes tracking

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure)

  • Strong interest or experience in sports medicine and orthopedics

  • Excellent manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional movement analysis skills

  • Positive, high-energy attitude with a team-first mindset

  • New grads welcome — mentorship available for the right candidate

Why Join Us?:

  • Sports-focused caseload — work with athletes and active adults of all levels

  • Flexible scheduling options and competitive salary

  • Continuing education allowance and support for specialty certifications

  • Collaborative, athlete-driven culture where your ideas and expertise matter

  • Access to state-of-the-art equipment and performance technology
