Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physicians

Ensure medical record compliance and update patient health information

Perform clerical duties to enhance provider productivity and clinic workflow

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Desktop / Laptop with at least i3 / Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM

Webcam, noise-cancelling headset, and high-speed internet connection

Dedicated workspace at home for remote work
