Virtual Lab Manager

Quartzy is seeking a Virtual Lab Manager to be the driving force behind our innovative BioPASS procurement program. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational cornerstone for our customers, providing seamless purchasing services that empower the world's leading life science organizations to focus on what they do bestthe science.

Quartzy is a 100% distributed team so this role can be done anywhere in the US.

What You'll Do

• Run point on ordering. You'll handle purchasing from start to finish for multiple R&D labs, making sure scientists get what they need, when they need it.
• Solve problems before they happen. Stay one step ahead of supply chain issues to keep research moving forward without a hitch.
• Optimize for value. You'll actively source products, compare vendor pricing, and find deals to ensure your labs' budgets are maximized without compromising on quality.
• Drive account success. You'll be their go-to Quartzy person, helping labs scale efficiently by improving their internal processes and software adoption.
• Be the customer's biggest advocate. Build meaningful relationships with your customers and be their voice inside the company.

Salary range : USD $70,000- USD $100,000
