As an electrical foreman - national ops in our evergreen industry, you will have the chance to define how our brand connects quality and resources with our customers. We are looking for a visionary who looks to build their future in a permanent, full-time position, provide an exceptional customer experience and leave a legacy in the specialized federal, commercial, industrial, water treatment, and airfield/airport electrical fields.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
As an electrical foreman - national ops, you will:
Working hands-on while overseeing areas of electrical work
Providing training and mentorship to those more junior in the trade
Leading team meetings or area coordination meetings
Creating 2-week and 4-week lookaheads
Developing material lists and communicating material needs to site supervision
Must Haves:
7+ years of experience in the electrical trade on industrial and commercial job sites
Demonstrated experience leading a team of electricians
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and available contract-related documents, and explain that information to a team
Nice to Haves:
Ability to read and understand a construction schedule preferred but not required
OSHA 30 preferred but not required
