We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Esthetic Consultant / Product Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Virtual Esthetic Consultant / Product Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients. You will act as a brand ambassador and assist customers in finding the best products to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's products and services
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best products to meet their goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales
• Participate in virtual training and team meetings to stay informed about new products and sales techniques

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the sports or fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of sports and fitness products and industry trends
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Package Details

Compensation & Bonuses

• Competitive Pay Rate: $40$60/hr based on experience and performance
• Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
• Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training

Work Schedule

• Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
• Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules
• No weekends required unless preferred

Remote Work & Equipment

• 100% Remote Position U.S.-based only
