General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual -English -Cantonese)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Procurement Support
  • Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.)
  • Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements
  • Vendor / Contractor Liaison
  • Connect with vendors / subcontractors to follow up on project status
  • Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed
  • General Administrative Support
  • Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient

Qualifications :

  • Bilingual (ChineseEnglish) strong professional fluency required
  • 3+ yrs experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Business Central and / or Dynamics 365

    • Technical Requirements :

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed : at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed : at least 10 Mbps
