General / Executive Virtual Assistants (Across any type of Industry)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General / Executive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support across various industries. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and documents, assist with travel planning, support project coordination, and handle a range of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Virtual Assistants for Accounts Management
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Xero and / or QuickBooks, with a solid understanding of Australian accounting practices, GST, and BAS reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Your role will also include ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations and providing financial insights to support the client's business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Australian Real Estate is highly desirable. Alternatively, a strong background in property management, sales support, client communication, or listing coordination will be considered an advantage.
Technical and Software Requirements :
Ensure you have the necessary equipment and tools for smooth workflow. Reliable internet connection (at least 50mbps). Suitable hardware including a computer or laptop, webcam, microphone, and headset. Collaboration tools such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and project management tools.
