A company is looking for a Virtual Instructor to deliver engaging online learning experiences for a plasma donation organization.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction, creating an interactive learning environment
Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience
Monitor and assess learner progress, providing feedback and support to address individual needs
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of blood banking experience in a donor or patient-facing role with relevant training or equivalent work experience
Experience with virtual or online learning environments
Strong command of virtual classroom technologies and multimedia resources
Moderate proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with assessment techniques to measure learner performance
