  • Manage and prioritize workload across multiple locations, balancing strategic initiatives and daily execution
  • Partner with leadership to identify budget needs for windows, interiors, seasonal campaigns, and events
  • Drive visual strategies that support sales performance, client experience, and product storytelling
  • Act as a liaison between stores and corporate partners to ensure alignment on floor moves and merchandising strategies
  • Participate in regional and corporate calls, contributing insights and recommendations based on store performance
  • Support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed

You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience managing multi-store or high-volume retail environments
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising at scale, including standardization, process, and execution
  • Background in fashion, styling, interiors, or visual display production
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence and cross-functional partnership
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize across a large fleet
  • Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable visual strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a luxury department store or premium big-box retailer
  • A strategic and innovative thinker who can elevate brand presentation while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Passion for customer experience, storytelling, and brand building
  • Proven track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial acumen to drive sales and profitability

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and movement across multiple store environments
  • Ability to lift and move visual materials (up to 25 pounds)
  • Use of ladders and equipment to execute window and in-store displays
  • Hands-on involvement in merchandising and display execution
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception
