Store Lead

WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Store Lead, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, employee development, inventory accuracy, and efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead daily branch operations and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members
  • Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and sales partners to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage workflow priorities to ensure timely receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy
  • Maintain product knowledge and proficiency in company systems
  • Resolve customer, vendor, warranty, and receiving issues while ensuring timely follow-up
  • Maintain branch appearance, safety standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Complete and oversee operational inspections, checklists, training requirements, and facility maintenance activities
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

PAY RANGE: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Previous leadership experience with proven supervisory skills is required
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, or branch operations preferred
  • Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to operational excellence
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
