Pay Range: $39,130.00 - $48,230.00 per year

Pay Transparency:

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

To assist managers with maintaining the daily functions of the Home Friend program

Qualification

Required:

  • Two year experience working with older adults and the disabled.
  • NJ Drivers Licenece
  • High School diploma.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive computer skills.

Preferred:

Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable):

  • N/A

Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):

  • Full-Time
  • Day
  • 8:30am - 4:30pm

Essential Functions:

  • Perform in home assessments to older adults and disabled.
  • Dispatch home friend workers into the homes of clients.
  • Prepare data for monthly reports to be delivered to the Essex County Division of Senior Services.
  • Assist manager with home friend staff.
  • Perform in home light chore services when home friend worker is not available to service their clients.
  • Assist manager with Volunteer Services as needed.
