  • Provides on-site support, including setup, registration, donor interaction, volunteer coordination, and event breakdown
  • Helps ensure a high-quality, engaging experience for donors, partners, and volunteers
  • Collaborates with internal teams on event logistics, marketing, and communications
  • Supports donor stewardship processes including prompt acknowledgements and gift processing, and pledge reminders
  • Maintains accurate donor and volunteer records in Salesforce, ensuring high data integrity and adherence to standards
  • Utilizes CRM tools to generate reports, donor lists, and engagement tracking
  • Partners with Finance and national Donor Services teams to support reconciliation and reporting needs
  • Provides administrative support including meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tracking
  • Assists with Board-related activities, including meeting coordination and stewardship support
  • Serves as a liaison between development and program teams for volunteer and in-kind engagement

The ideal candidate is:

  • A strong executor of projects and priorities
  • Comfortable and confident in external-facing situations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Energized by both logistics and relationship-building
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and resourceful
  • Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
